| The difference in injectors should be okay. They're crap injectors but nothing that should prevent your car from starting. A boost leak an indeed prevent your car from starting, if the leak is big enough. The paper plenum gasket should be sufficient. No additional sealant should be necessary. As for the CAS pin, you will only get a code if there's a bad connection to the CAS. If the CAS is bad, or the drive pin is bad, it can cause problems but will not throw a code. When you check the CAS, make sure it's got all 8 splines in addition to the half-circle alignment pin. I helped a local guy with a non-starting issue and it turned out to have the half-circle alignment dowel was broken off completely. You can also try pulling the CAS, disconnecting the fuel pump, and rotating the CAS with the key turned on. You should be able to hear all the injectors click.
